By accessing and using 9Bricks services ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our Service.

9Bricks provides AI consulting and development services for enterprises including:

  • AI Strategy Consulting
  • Custom AI Solution Development
  • Existing AI System Optimization
  • AI Training and Technology Transfer

3. User Responsibilities

As a Service user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information when registering
  • Maintain security of your account and project information
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Not use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt Service operation
  • Not copy, modify, or distribute deliverables without authorization

4. Data Privacy

9Bricks is committed to protecting your data. We:

  • Use industry-standard security measures to protect data
  • Not sell, rent or lease your personal data to third parties
  • Only use your data to provide and improve the Service
  • Comply with data privacy regulations in Vietnam

5. Pricing & Payment

For paid services:

  • Prices are negotiated and agreed upon in service contracts
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or other accepted methods
  • Payment schedule follows milestones or as agreed in contracts
  • All fees exclude VAT and other taxes (if applicable)

9Bricks provides technical support via:

  • Online ticket support system
  • Technical documentation and guides

Response time: Within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:30).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9Bricks is not liable for:

  • Data loss, profits or revenue from use or inability to use the Service
  • Technical errors, maintenance or network issues beyond our control
  • Third-party actions causing damage to your system or data
  • Business outcomes depending on multiple factors beyond AI solutions

8. Service Termination

9Bricks has the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate services if you violate Terms
  • Stop providing the Service with prior notice as per contract
  • Complete handover of documentation and code upon contract completion

You may also terminate Service use at any time through official notice or by contacting support.

9. Terms Changes

9Bricks reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
